Happy New Year!

We're about ready to ring out the old and welcome the new year. I hope you all had a blessed Christmas. We certainly did, with my sister and her family coming over, and my in-laws as well (including sister-and-brother-in law). Our tummies full of Christmas ham, wassail, and all the other goodies that go along with it... presents opened, photos taken, and games played... we are so blessed to have a family that really does enjoy spending time with each other.

Hubby and I will welcome the New Year in at our good friends' party. The theme is Tapas, and we're really looking forward to a fun evening with great company, games, and bubbly stuff. Have we really reached the age when all three of our boys still at home have their own events to go to? Oh my gosh!

I have a fun kit to help you scrap your New Year's layouts. You can check out Vintage New Year here. This kit is currently on sale at 35% off.

This week's freebie is a Quick Page made by CT Kay, using my One Winter Night collection. Please take a moment to stop by Kay's Blog to thank her for sharing her talent with us. Click on the preview to download and remember, no sharing or hotlinking. Stay safe and have a Happy New Year!

The quick page is awesome! I love the versatility of One Winter Night! Fun and whimsical or elegant and formal (I did my marriage announcement with it!) you can do it all with this kit!

2008 was a great year for learning and I have learned so much on Darlene's CT! As a designer, Darlene, you're my hero! I hope one day I can turn out as consistently great kits as you do!!

Here's to a prosperous and happy new year to us all!
